1. Agreement

By registering or using MilJaye at miljaye.net, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract in India, and not barred from using dating services. One account per person. Accurate information is required; fake profiles may be removed and reported.

3. Service description

MilJaye is a platform that helps adults discover and connect with other users. We do not guarantee matches, responses, or that any user is who they claim to be. Offline meetings are at your own risk. See our Guidelines for safety advice.

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, hate speech, scams, or illegal content.
No child sexual abuse material, grooming, or sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance.
No impersonation, spam, or automated scraping.
No sharing others’ private images or data without consent.
Compliance with all applicable Indian laws including IT Act 2000, POCSO Act, and IPC/BNS offences.

5. Paid features

Optional paid features include chat subscription (messaging after trial) and profile boost (increased visibility). Prices are shown in the app (e.g. ₹100 / 3 months chat, ₹249 / 3 months boost). Payment may be via UPI (manual verification) or other methods when available. See Refund Policy.

6. Account termination

You may deactivate or delete your account anytime from Profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety or legal risk, without refund for abuse-related terminations.

7. Disclaimer & liability

MilJaye is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user conduct, offline harm, fraud, or losses from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. Contact: miljaye@miljaye.net
