MilJaye is a dating and matchmaking platform for adults (18+). By using this app you agree to follow these rules and applicable Indian laws.
Community standards
- Be respectful. No abuse, threats, hate speech, or harassment.
- Use your real identity. Fake profiles, impersonation, and scams are prohibited.
- You must be 18 years or older. Do not register if you are under 18.
- Do not share passwords, OTPs, money requests, or links to harmful sites.
- Report suspicious or abusive behaviour from profile cards or via Contact us.
Zero tolerance — child sexual abuse material
MilJaye strictly prohibits any use of this platform for child pornography, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual content involving minors, grooming, or any sexual contact with persons under 18.
- Uploading, sharing, soliciting, or requesting sexual images or videos of anyone under 18 is a serious crime in India.
- Accounts involved in such activity will be permanently banned and reported to the Cyber Crime Cell / National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and other authorities as required by law.
- If you see underage users or CSAM, stop contact immediately and report it to us and to the police.
Indian laws relevant to dating & matchmaking apps

- Information Technology Act, 2000 — governs electronic content and online conduct. Key sections include: Section 66E (violation of privacy — e.g. sharing intimate images without consent); Section 67 (obscene material in electronic form); Section 67A (sexually explicit material); Section 67B (child pornography / CSAM — severe penalties including imprisonment and fines).
- IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 — require platforms to exercise due diligence, publish terms and privacy policies, provide a grievance channel, and remove unlawful content (including content harmful to children) when notified or identified.
- Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 — criminalises sexual offences against persons below 18 years of age, including online grooming and exploitation.
- Indian Penal Code (IPC) / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) — offences such as stalking, sexual harassment, cheating/fraud (including romance scams), extortion, and obscenity may apply to behaviour on or off the app.
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — sets rules for how personal data (including photos, messages, and profile information) must be collected and used with valid consent.
- Meeting in person — any offline meeting is entirely at your own choice and risk. Verify identity carefully, meet in public places, inform a friend or family member, and never send money to someone you have not met and verified.
Violations may lead to account termination, preservation of evidence for law enforcement, and referral to the appropriate authorities including local police and cybercrime units.

- MilJaye is a technology platform that helps adults discover and connect with other users. We do not conduct criminal background checks on every user and cannot guarantee that a profile, photo, or message is truthful, safe, or lawful.
- The app operator, owner, developer, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any loss, injury, emotional distress, fraud, assault, harassment, death, or other harm arising from: (a) user-generated content; (b) chats or meetings between users; (c) reliance on information shared on the platform; or (d) conduct of any user online or offline.
- To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, MilJaye is provided “as is” without warranties. You use the service at your own risk and agree to hold the platform and its creators harmless from claims arising from your use or interactions with other users, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
