Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy applies to paid features on MilJaye: Chat subscription (ability to send messages after free trial) and Profile boost (increased visibility in Discover). Prices are displayed before payment.
2. Free trial
New users receive a 7-day free chat trial after signup. No payment is required for the trial. After the trial, chat requires a paid subscription unless renewed.
3. Payment methods
We may accept UPI bank transfers (you submit UTR for manual verification), payment gateways, or other methods shown in the app. Activation occurs after successful verification. Always pay the exact amount shown for the product you selected.
4. Refund eligibility
- Duplicate payment: full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Wrong amount paid: refund of excess or credit toward service after verification.
- Technical failure: if we fail to activate paid features within 72 hours of verified payment, full refund or activation at your choice.
- Not eligible: change of mind after activation, account ban for Terms violation, partial use of subscription period, or boost already consumed.
5. How to request a refund
Email miljaye@miljaye.net within 7 days of payment with: registered email, UTR/transaction ID, date, amount, and reason. Logged-in users may also use Profile → Contact us. We respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Cancellation
Subscriptions are fixed-term (e.g. 3 months) and do not auto-renew unless stated otherwise. There is no partial refund for unused days if you delete your account mid-term. You may stop using the service anytime.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a false chargeback after receiving the service may result in permanent account closure. Contact us first — we resolve most billing issues quickly.
